During my time at Biola University, I completed this marketing research report during my senior year at Biola University for Play Coffee in downtown Fullerton. A research driven survey was created, administered, and over 100 completed surveys were collected. Then, analysis was done on the all of the surveys using Survey Pro. After analyzing the data, a full report was compiled and presented to the owner. This semester long project was created to give the owner of Play Coffee accurate feedback from their customers to further increase overall customer satisfaction.

 I also  conducted an extensive market research on the fitness industry in Southern California, specifically analyzing Crunch Fitness and its competitor, Chuze Fitness. Through this process, I explored the marketing environment in this industry as well as current trends, consumer behavior factors, and a primary target market analysis. This project was done to create a market strategy for a suppositional company to enter the industry.

I completed a one-year marketing plan for The Best Day Foundation during the last semester of my senior year. In this plan, I assessed various areas of the nonprofit and determined areas that are strong as well as areas that may need to be improved. After assessing those areas, I recommended strategies for the nonprofit to use in order to potentially improve in areas where they are lacking strength.

I completed the Google Analytics for Beginners course, as well as the Advanced course. I received a certification for each in order to advance my knowledge in being a marketing analyst.
